Serves 4

100g dark chocolate
½ tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup Anchor Fresh Cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups Anchor milk
4 cinnamon sticks

Combine chopped chocolate, vanilla essence, ice cream/cream and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring well. Slowly stir in the milk and heat until almost boiling. Whip with an eggbeater and pour into mugs.
